CallForce Direct is specialized Call Center recruitment company focusing on human development and empowerment of South Africans within the Call Center Environment. CallForce is seeking University Graduates to English to students from Asian countries, via an online platform. Most of the students live and work in Asia, they tend to be junior, graduates and/or working professionals, they have some exposure to the English language and will be looking to brush up on their conversational capabilities.

This is a full time office based position, which requires commitment and dedication at out Language Center in Sunninghill.

Duties:

Able to lead a group of 1 - 6 individuals in an informal but structured way.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Able to Motivate students and encourage the participation.
Prepare or appropriate teaching materials.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) is Essential. Matric Certificate (JPEG).
South African ID (clear copy, JPEG).
Bachelor's Degree or Studying towards one. (Qualifications/Statement results copy (JPEG))
English as First Language.
Energetic and Professional Personality.
Computer Literate is Essential.
Own Vehicle will be advantageous.
South African Citizens Only.

Working Hours:

Willing and able to work flexible hours in a 24hr/365 day operation.
Monday to Sunday.
Dayshit (08H00 - 18H30).
Night Shift (23H30 - 09H30).
