Responsibility:
- Prepare monthly schedule and monthly review meetings for Marketing Manager and respective Team Members.
- Maintain marketing collateral inventory log and order supplies as needed.
- Manage marketing store rooms and stock count
- Assist in the coordination of monthly marketing meetings and team events.
- Assist with diary management and coordination of team activities
- Assist Senior Manager with office administration as required
- Assist with the coordination of local marketing programs/projects and carry out reasonable requests from marketing team of which the employee is capable of performing.
- Responsible for administrative duties like bill payment, meetings setup, travel coordination, calendar management, appointments and scheduling, and budget tracking
- Assist marketing team with supply chain and procurement.

- Organise campaigns with the supervision of a marketing representative
- Assist in sourcing and preparing marketing statistics and reports

- Assist and attend marketing events, exhibitions and promotions as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Office Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- Knowledge of finance and office administration
- Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual
- Must be willing to travel
- Provide and promote and efficient and friendly customer service
- Marketing or tourism experience would be advantageous
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
- Drivers Licence is essential

Duties:

- Develop new ideas to change existing procedures to improve filing tasks and document tracking. Create and maintain databases of internal and external stakeholders.
